Banyak yang mengatakan bahwa lagu ini ditujukan kepada sang drummer The Rev. Memang benar, tetapi aslinya, lagu ini ditujukan kepada Kakek Synyster Gates yang meninggal saat sedang konser. Syn pun tidak bisa meninggalkan konser berharganya begitu saja. Akhirnya, ia bersama M. Shadows merancang lirik untuk kakek tersayangnya itu.

Setelah lagu itu dipikir pas juga dengan keadaan Avenged Sevenfold yag ditinggal sang drummer, akhirnya lagu itu ditujukan saja kepada The Rev. Berikut liriknya :
